1. Who we are
The entity responsible for data processing on this website is:
Azender GmbH
Zürcher Strasse 204f
9014 St. Gallen
Switzerland
Email: contact@azender.com
2. What happens to your data
No Cookies
Our website is designed for data minimization. We do not use cookies and do not track you across different websites.
Hosting and Content Delivery Network (Cloudflare)
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc., USA) via the “Cloudflare Pages” service and delivered through their Content Delivery Network. This serves the purpose of secure delivery, fast loading times, and defense against cyberattacks. For technical and security-relevant reasons, data (such as your IP address, browser type, as well as the date and time of the request) is automatically recorded in so-called server log files in order to display the website stably and securely.
The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of the website (Art. 31 para. 1 FADP and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, respectively). Data transfer to the USA is regulated by the adequacy decision on the Data Privacy Framework (CH-US / EU-US) or by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Web Analytics (Simple Analytics)
For the statistical evaluation of visitor numbers, we use the privacy-friendly service Simple Analytics (Simple Analytics BV, Netherlands). This service collects data (such as the browser type or the visited page) strictly on an anonymized basis. No IP addresses are stored and no cookies are set.
Contact Form (Formspree)
If you fill out our contact form, the data you enter (name, company name, email address, and your message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request, for possible follow-up questions, as well as for the general maintenance of the business relationship. For the technical forwarding of inquiries, we use the service Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA). To prevent abusive requests and spam, Formspree also collects and processes technically necessary metadata upon submission (such as your IP address, browser information, and date/time).
The processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering your request, initiating and maintaining business contacts, as well as the security of our website and spam defense (Art. 31 para. 1 and 2 FADP and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b and f GDPR, respectively). Your data will remain with us until the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after the business communication has concluded) or you request us to delete it, provided there are no conflicting statutory retention obligations. Here too, the data transfer to the USA is regulated by the adequacy decision on the Data Privacy Framework (CH-US / EU-US) or by Standard Contractual Clauses.
3. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to obtain information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing.
Additionally, you have the right to:
- Rectification, blocking, or erasure of this data
- Restriction of data processing
- Data portability (provision of the data in a common format)

To exercise your rights, simply contact the email address provided above.
